Eligibility for Returns
You have 30 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
- Item must be unused and in the same condition as received.
- Must include original packaging and all materials.
How to Start a Return
To begin the return process, email us at support@obsessedhometheater.com.
Please include the following:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Photos of the item, if applicable
Note: You must request and receive an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) before sending anything back. Unauthorized returns will be refused.
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- Use a trackable and insured shipping method.
- Items must be packaged securely. We are not responsible for damage during return transit.
- If your item was overboxed by us, please include the overbox to protect the item during return shipping.

Inspection & Refunds
Once we receive your item, we’ll inspect it and confirm the serial number matches our records.
If approved, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method. Refund timing depends on your card issuer.
Conditions That May Result in Refusal or Fees
- Item has a different serial number than what we shipped.
Missing parts or original packaging. - Improper return packaging resulting in damage.
- Signs of misuse, drops, spills, or mishandling.
Non-Returnable Items
- Gift cards
- Final sale and open-box items
- Custom or special-order products
Restocking Fees
- Items not in like-new condition: 10%
- Kaleidescape (unopened): 10%
- Kaleidescape (open-box, if accepted): 30%
Restocking fees help cover handling, inspection, and repackaging costs.
No restocking fees apply if we shipped the wrong item or it arrived defective.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us right away at support@obsessedhometheater.com. We’ll make it right.
