Obsessed Home Theater strives to provide the best products and services for your home theater and audiovisual needs. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.
Eligibility for Returns
You have 30 days from the date you received the item to initiate a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must be in the original packaging.
Process for Returns
To initiate the return process, contact our team at support@obsessedhometheater.com. Please provide your order number, a description of the issue, and photos.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Please use a reputable carrier when sending back items. To protect items in shipping, Obsessed Home Theater overboxes some items. Please include these as well in your return to better protect the products.
Please get in touch with our Support Team to issue an RMA before sending anything back to us, or we will refuse your return. Please ensure that your items are packaged securely, as we cannot be held responsible for any damage that may occur during transport due to improper packaging.

Inspection and Approval
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange and verify that the serial numbers match the serial numbers of the items shipped to you.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund using your original method of payment. Depending on your card issuer's policies, you will receive the credit within a certain number of days.
Unapproved conditions
Obsessed Home Theater may refuse a customer return or charge a restocking fee when the returned item is not like new. Conditions that will lead to refused returns or restocking fees include when the returned item has:
- It has a different serial number than the one Obsessed Home Theater originally shipped.
- Missing parts or the original product packing material.
- Damage because it was improperly packaged for return shipment.
- Damage from drops, spilled liquid, or mishandling.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable.
These include:
- Gift cards
- Items marked as final sale and open-box.
- Special/Custom Order Items
Restocking Fees
Fee Structure
A restocking fee of 15% of the purchase price will be deducted from your refund for any items that are not in a like-new condition. The restocking fee covers the costs associated with receiving and inspecting returned items, as well as restocking them in our inventory and open box section.
Exceptions
Restocking fees will not apply if the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., incorrect item shipped, defective product).
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@obsessedhometheater.com so we can resolve the issue promptly and make it right.
