Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the weight and dimensions of your items.

All shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Orders are processed within 2 business days. Weekend and holiday orders ship the next business day.

Delivery times depend on the carrier and destination. Estimated times appear at checkout.

You’ll receive tracking details by email once your order ships.

Required for large or heavy items such as TVs, home theater systems, and oversized products.

Freight orders are prepared within 5 business days. The carrier will contact you to schedule delivery.

Orders are prepared for international freight within 5 business days.

You are responsible for duties, taxes, customs fees, and broker arrangements.

A freight forwarder is strongly recommended for smoother delivery.

Delays caused by customs or local carriers are outside our control.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

Some items may have additional restrictions based on size or destination.

We collect tax only in states where we have nexus.

If tax is not charged at checkout, you may still owe use tax in your state.
