Freight Shipping

International Freight Shipping

For international shipments, additional customs fees, import duties, and taxes may apply, depending on the destination country. These fees are not included in the purchase price and are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Restrictions
We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. Some items may have additional restrictions due to size, weight, or destination.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact our customer support team within 5 days of the estimated delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Sales Tax
Obsessed Home Theater is not obligated to collect sales tax in every state.
We only collect sales tax in states where we have established nexus.
If your order ships to a state where we don’t collect sales tax, you may still be responsible for use tax on your purchase. Please refer to your state’s tax laws for more information.
