Price Adjustment Policy
We offer a 7-day price adjustment window on eligible orders.
If you purchased an item from Obsessed Home Theater and it goes on sale within 7 days of your order date, you can request a price adjustment. We’ll match the sale price or apply the current promotion to your original order.
How it works
- The request must be made within 7 days of your purchase.
- The item must be the same product, in stock, and part of the active promotion.
- Adjustments apply to product discounts and free shipping promotions.
- Only one adjustment may be issued per order.
- Orders placed more than 7 days before a promotion are not eligible.
