Return Window & Eligibility

We have a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.

  • Item must be in the same condition as received.
  • Item must be unworn or unused, with all tags (if applicable).
  • Item must be in the original packaging.
  • You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

How to Start a Return

To start a return, email support@obsessedhometheater.com.

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A brief description of the reason for the return
  • Photos of the item, if applicable

Important: Items sent back without first requesting a return and receiving an RMA will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us right away if:

  • The item is defective
  • The item is damaged
  • You received the wrong item

Email support@obsessedhometheater.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

Exceptions & Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned. These include:

  • Gift cards
  • Items marked as final sale or open-box
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Digital or software licenses (if applicable)

If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, contact us before starting a return.

Exchanges

The fastest way to get a different item is to:

  • Return the item you have
  • Place a new order once your return is accepted

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason.

  • Item must be in the same condition as received.
  • Item must be unworn or unused, with tags (if applicable).
  • Item must be in the original packaging.
  • You’ll need your receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if your refund is approved.

  • If approved, you’ll be refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Your bank or card company may take extra time to post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, email support@obsessedhometheater.com.
