Sewell Strike Banana Plugs (14 Pairs)
The easiest speaker wire upgrade you’ll ever make
I’ve been using banana plugs in my home theater for over a decade. They won’t magically improve your sound quality, but they will reduce your stress level when connecting your speaker wire to your AVR, processor, amplifier, or speakers.
I’ve tried almost every banana plug out there, and the Sewell Strike Banana Plugs are hands-down my favorite.
Here’s why:
- Install in seconds – seriously, no tools required
- Rock-solid connection – your wires stay put
- Ultra-compact – just 1.5" long and slim enough for tight spaces
- Perfect fit – for AVRs, processors, amps, and speakers
If you don’t have a lot of room behind your gear, these are perfect as they are the shortest and most convenient banana plugs I’ve ever used.
World's Smallest Banana Plug
How to Install a Strike plug:
Open Plug
Unscrew the bottom of the Strike plug about half way.
Insert Cable
Insert the bare conductor of the speaker wire through the bottom of the plug.
Push the Cable
Keep pressing the wire into the banana plug until you can't push it any farther to ensure a good connection.
Close Plug
Screw the bottom of the banana plug back in place to clamp down on the wire to assure a secure connection.
That’s it! No mini screwdrivers or fumbling with tiny set screws. Just a quick, clean connection.
These are the banana plugs I personally use in my home theater.
