Warranty

JVC D-ILA Projector Warranty

• Standard coverage: A 3-year parts and labor warranty is provided for all D-ILA projectors purchased from an authorized JVC dealer.
• Advanced replacement: During the first year of ownership, an advanced replacement program is included for new, qualifying models, such as the NZ-series. This ensures minimal downtime if a defect occurs.
• Proof of purchase: A dated sales receipt or invoice is required to validate the warranty. Keep this document in a safe place.
• Authorized dealer requirement: The full warranty is only valid for products purchased from authorized JVC dealers in the United States. JVC will not honor warranties on counterfeit products or those purchased from unauthorized resellers, such as certain online marketplaces.
  
  

Service process:

• During the first year: Contact us to initiate the advanced replacement process.
• After the first year: Contact the JVCKENWOOD Customer Care Center at (800) 252-5722 to obtain a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number and locate an authorized service center.
• Service location: Home theater projectors are serviced by authorized service centers, not the JVC factory.
• Non-transferable: The warranty applies to the original purchaser of the product.
